Common pricing questions

Why do you start with a free audit instead of fixed packages?
Because a fixed package often means paying for things you don't need or missing things you do. A solar installer with a decent site in a low-competition area needs something completely different from an EV charger installer with a broken website in a competitive city. The audit tells us which is which — and means your quote is based on reality, not a price list.
Is there a minimum contract?
Monthly services have a 3-month minimum — SEO takes time and one month won't tell you anything useful. After 3 months it rolls monthly with 30 days notice to cancel. One-off services have no ongoing commitment.
Do I pay for ad spend on top of the management fee?
Yes — ad spend goes directly to Google or Meta and is separate from our management fee. We'll advise on appropriate budget for your trade and area as part of the strategy.
Can I start with a one-off service and add monthly management later?
Yes — many clients start with GBP setup or citation building to see quick results, then move to monthly management once they see the value. There's no obligation to take on monthly work after a one-off project.
