The situation

A sole-trader EV charger installer in West Yorkshire with OZEV approval, several years of experience and genuinely good reviews — but almost no online visibility. Enquiries had been dropping steadily as Octopus Energy ramped up its home charger offering and Google started surfacing them more prominently in local search.
